Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 5 – 7 business days for us to hand‑craft, inspect, and package your keycaps with care.
- Shipping Confirmation
As soon as your package leaves our workshop, you’ll receive an email containing your carrier’s tracking number. - Track Your Package

Shipping Timeframes
- Standard International Shipping: 15–30 business days from the moment your tracking number is activated.
- Expedited Options: Available upon request—simply leave a note at checkout or contact us in advance. Delivery times for expedited services typically range from 5–14 business days depending on your region).
- Delays
- Customs inspections, peak‑season volume, and regional courier disruptions can occasionally extend delivery by an additional 5–10 business days.
- All shipping estimates begin once you receive your tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Restrictions
- We partner with USPS, DHL, UPS, or local postal services, selecting the most reliable carrier for your destination.
- P.O. Boxes, military bases, restricted zones, and certain islands are unfortunately not serviceable by most carriers. Please provide a street address to avoid shipment delays.
- For remote‑area surcharges (e.g., certain DHL/UPS remote zones), we’ll notify you if additional fees apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- In the rare event your package is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll work with the carrier to investigate and either reship your order at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
